Is shipping really free?

Yes. Standard worldwide shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long will my order take?

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. After dispatch: USA & Canada 7–12 business days, UK & Europe 7–15 business days, rest of the world 10–20 business days. Order early if you need a costume for a fixed event date.

Will I get tracking?

Yes — a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

How do I choose the right size?

Every product page has a size chart with measurements in inches and cm. Measure yourself and compare — sizes can differ from your usual clothing size. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger size, and you can always email us before ordering for help.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Direct size exchanges are not available because each order is prepared individually. You can return an unworn item within 14 days under our Refund Policy and order the correct size.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All orders are prepaid securely online by card through our payment provider. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Are customs duties included?

For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.

Are the costumes official or licensed?

No — our costumes are original generic designs inspired by medieval, Renaissance and fantasy styles. They are not affiliated with any film, game or character franchise.
