Refund policy
Every CosplayVora costume is prepared and shipped to order by our fulfilment partner, so please read this policy before ordering — and always check the size chart on the product page first. If you are between sizes, email us at ehtishamrana20@gmail.com before ordering and we will help you choose.
Wrong item or damaged/defective item
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
- You will receive a full refund or a free replacement — if a return is needed, we cover the return shipping for our mistake.
Change of mind
- Accepted within 14 days of delivery if the costume is unworn, unused and has all tags attached.
- Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the buyer.
- Your refund is issued to your original payment method after the item is received and inspected, within 7–10 business days of approval.
Size exchanges
Because each order is prepared individually by our fulfilment partner, direct size exchanges are not available. If the size is not right, you can return the item under the change-of-mind terms above and place a new order for the correct size.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been worn to an event, washed, altered or damaged after delivery cannot be returned or refunded.
